“Horsing around Since 1969”

"Despite differences in age, gender, language, and nationality the one common thing that brings us together is the love of the horse". Founded in May of 1969 the Temiskaming Pleasure Horse Club (TPHC) set out to provide local competition for horse enthusiasts of the north. A small group of volunteers put together a club that now almost fifty years later is as strong as ever. The TPHC provides local horse shows offering clinics, trade shows, general meetings and many other equine related events, and of course competition in English, Western Performance, Western Games, driving, mounted games, and trail rides throughout the scenic district of Temiskaming.
